Hey, Broderers! As we’re continuing to exercise caution with the pandemic, August’s activity is going to be online using Zoom. Melonie has agreed to host a 40 minute tutorial on how to pattern your own fencing cloak! If you came to last month’s activity and made a buckler and deathstick, then this is a great opportunity to add to your already growing collection of sides. If there is time, Melonie is also willing to answer any garb-related questions you may have. If you already know what you want to ask, put your question(s) in the comment section of this event so she has time to help figure out the answers. Be sure to tune in this month! Accounts for Zoom can be made online for free, and the link to her event will be added to facebook when it gets closer.

Items to bring:

  • Butcher or craft paper
  • Clear tape
  • Pencil/eraser
  • Ruler
  • Tape measure
  • Calculator
  • t-square (if you have one)
