I figured we could use a page talking about special rules we commonly use in scenarios... it would be a good resource to check when designing scenarios. 

1. Don't forget that these are the basic names, and you can flavor them differently in your scenario... Just mention the original name too...

2.I will name one to start the page...

Snowball Heads Of Doom: Snowball heads, which you can throw at fencers to stun them for (usually) ten seconds.

This isn't much of a term used in scenario but it is a good thing to keep in mind when designing scenarios. It's the concept of Fun vs. Complexity.

For a scenario to be good, you need a good balance of Fun and Complexity. The more fun a scenario is, the more complex it is. If the scenario is really complex, but it's not very fun than it should really be tweaked. If you want to increase complexity, you have to make sure that you're increasing the fun along the way.
