Being a leader is one of most difficult AND rewarding positions in the world. It’s also a very foreign idea for many people. Whether you’ve never served as a leader or you’ve been in the trenches for some time, it helps know what makes up a leader and how you’re doing on each of them.

The How Are You Doing As a Leader Assessment takes 101 Skills, Traits, and Qualities of Leadership and asks you to rate yourself on a scale of 1 to 5, where 1 is a weakness and 5 is a strength. There is even a brief description of each principle that can be referenced to help get you thinking.
By the end of the assessment, you will have a solid list of skills, traits, and qualities that you can focus on and even utilize your strengths to overcome!
Additionally, after completing the assessment on your own, you can work with others to find resources, get advice, and set goals towards improving your leadership skills. Overtime, you’ll see your scores fluctuate and improve!
You can download the Assessment file and print it off at your own convenience. If you want to save on paper, consider just printing the Assessment portion and reference the 101 Descriptions on your computer or device.
