Elydrie rose to her feet, now dubbed a Swordsman of the Order of the Rose. As the company cheered, Elydrie smiled as she saw the faces of many loved ones. She had found a place in her heart for each one of the Terrasylvans. They were her family. Elydrie’s smile faded as she realised she would soon be leaving them.
As we neared the ruins of the ancient castle near to the Heart of Woodland I breathed in the scent of the trees. I felt the canopy filtered sunlight playing across my skin. I could hear the flow of water and the sounds of all the wild things that live in the hidden depths of the forest. The air tasted of blossoms and honey. There really is no place so lovely as Woodland in the spring.
Kane stopped his pacing, and turned to look directly at Shay. He fished something from a hidden pocket up his sleeve. “We found only this.” Kane said holding out the key that Shay had released Westmont with.
Inkom is a land well-known in Terrasylvae for its savage people. Anyone who goes to Inkom is presumed to be lost forever, and will NOT be rescued. So why did Miren & Shay decide to go?
